Privacy Policy

Restroom Tracker is a classroom tool used by a teacher to log student hall passes. It stores only the information the teacher enters: the teacher's name, email address and password (stored as a one-way hash), student names and optional roster details (student ID, grade, school email, gender, class period), the destinations the teacher sets up, hall-pass records (student, destination, time out and time back), reward points and the teacher's settings (schedule, quarter dates, school name and logo, message templates).

The app does not collect location data, contacts, photos, advertising identifiers or analytics, and it contains no advertising. The camera is used only while the teacher opens the Scan screen to read a student QR card; no images are stored.

Data belongs to the teacher account that created it. Teachers in the same school workspace can view each other’s hall-pass history and reports so that a colleague can cover a class.

If the teacher turns on email alerts for a destination, the app sends an email with the student's name and pass details to the address the teacher entered (for example a counselor or parent). No email is sent unless the teacher configures it.

Data is never sold, shared with advertisers or used for any purpose other than running the app.

Data is stored in a hosted database over encrypted (HTTPS) connections and is available only after signing in. The teacher can delete individual students, passes or the whole roster at any time in Settings → Students.

To delete an account and all of its data, or to ask any question about this policy, contact the app owner at the email address shown in the store listing. Accounts are removed together with all of their students, passes and settings.

Children do not create accounts in this app; only teachers sign in. Students are only ever entered by their teacher.
